Voicing
Name change on 17/08/2026. The app used to be called QuickTok and is now called Voicing. It is the same app, the same account, the same groups and the same data: the name changed. The contact address changed with it, from
contato@quicktok.app to
contato@voicing.com.br. The former never existed as a
mailbox, and a contact channel that receives nothing is worse than none.
No right or obligation described here changed, which is why the name
change does not require a new acceptance.
In short
Voicing organizes schedules for music teams. You are responsible for your account and for what you write in the app. The group’s leadership administers its members and its schedules. We do not host or distribute copyrighted recordings: what we keep are references, keys and the team’s own notes. You can leave and delete your account whenever you want.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Voicing, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We record who accepted, when, and which version of the document. If we change something material, we will ask for a new acceptance, with a summary of what changed.
People under 18 may only use the app with the authorization of their parents or guardians, who are answerable for that use. For people under 13, the rules in the children and adolescents section of the Privacy Policy apply.
2. What Voicing does
Voicing is an organizing tool for music teams: bands, worship teams, groups and choirs. It lets you create schedules, build the line-up and the set of songs, confirm attendance, record unavailability and communicate with the group.
The app suggests line-ups and songs from the group’s history and the rules the leadership configures. The suggestions are proposals: the decision is always the leader’s, who can accept, edit or discard them. We are not answerable for scheduling decisions made on the basis of the suggestions.
The service is offered free of charge at this stage. Paid features, when they exist, will have their own conditions, made known before purchase.
3. Your account
- You must provide true information and keep your data up to date.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. You are answerable for what happens in it, including access made with your credentials.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the deletion page.
4. Groups and leadership
Each group is administered by whoever holds the administrator or leader role. Those people can invite and remove members, define roles, create and delete schedules, publish notices and configure the rules of the suggestion engine.
By joining a group, you accept that the other members see your name, your photo, your roles and your participation in the schedules, and that the leadership also sees your history and your unavailability. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
The group is responsible for the content it produces and for how it administers its members. We do not mediate internal conflicts within the group, but we may act on content that breaches these Terms.
The leadership may register members who do not use the app, so that they appear in the schedules. In doing so, the group declares that it has those people’s authorization to include their names.
5. User content
Board messages, notices, song notes and other texts you write remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display that content to the people in your group, within the working of the app.
You are solely responsible for what you publish and you warrant that you have the right to publish it.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms, the law or third-party rights, and suspend repeat offenders. There is a reporting channel inside the app for inappropriate content, and reports are reviewed.
6. Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to use Voicing to:
- publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory or violent content, or content that incites hatred;
- harass, threaten or humiliate another person;
- publish copyrighted material without the rights holder’s authorization;
- access data from groups you do not belong to, or attempt to bypass the access rules;
- overload, attack or attempt to compromise the service’s infrastructure;
- use the app to send unsolicited messages.
7. Lyrics, charts and copyright
Voicing does not host or distribute musical recordings and keeps no library of lyrics of its own. What the app does with musical material is described below, and it matters that it is clear before you use the repertoire.
What the group brings
The app lets your group write, paste, edit or import the lyrics and the chord chart of the songs it sings, to use in rehearsals and services. That material is kept inside your group and is shown only to its members. It is not published, does not go into a common catalogue and is not shown to other groups.
By bringing that material in, you declare that you have the right to use it: because you are the rights holder, because you have authorization, because you are covered by a licence for that use (such as the lyric reproduction licences used by churches and venues), or because the work is in the public domain. Responsibility for that material lies with whoever brings it in.
Chord library
The app keeps a chord library shared across all groups. It exists because a chord sequence is musical information, not text protected by copyright. What crosses between groups is the chart: the key and the order of the chords, section by section. The lyrics never cross, and neither does the tab.
Publishing is your act. Nothing goes into the library without you asking, and before publishing the app shows exactly what will be sent.
By publishing, you declare that you may do so and you grant Voicing and other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, with no fixed term, to display, adopt, transpose and adapt that chart within the app. The chart is associated with your name, visible to any group that looks it up.
Other groups adopt your chart rather than copying it: when you correct it, the correction reaches whoever has adopted it. Only you can change or remove your contribution. Once removed, it stops appearing in the library, and groups that had already adopted it keep the copy they had, because it became their working material.
When a group adopts a chart and combines it with lyrics it wrote itself, the result is that group’s material and does not go back to the library.
We may remove from the library any material that breaches these Terms or third-party rights, and suspend repeat offenders.
Material from other sites
The app also helps you find lyrics, charts, sheet music, audio and video published by third parties and open those pages, always with the credit and address of the source. The content continues to be served by the site of origin, which is the party answerable for it.
Live performance
Performing songs at services, concerts and other events is subject to the applicable copyright rules, including any obligations to the relevant collecting society (in Brazil, ECAD). That responsibility lies with whoever holds the event, not with Voicing.
If you are a rights holder
If you find material in the app that infringes your rights, use the “Report rights” button available on the screen where the material appears, or write to contato@voicing.com.br. We review the requests and remove the material where appropriate, and we may also suspend repeat offenders.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it may go down for maintenance, technical failure or problems in third-party services we depend on. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Voicing is a tool that supports organizing. We are not answerable for:
- a member’s absence from an event, even if the notification failed or was not read;
- scheduling decisions made by the group’s leadership;
- content published by users, or conflicts between members of a group;
- unavailability caused by third-party services or by your device lacking a connection.
Nothing in these Terms sets aside rights that Brazilian consumer legislation guarantees you.
10. Termination
You may close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible, and immediately in serious cases.
How your data is handled after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will give notice in the app before material changes take effect, with a summary of what changed. Continuing to use Voicing after that means accepting the new version.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue elected for resolving matters arising from them is that of the user’s domicile.

Voicing is operated by Jhonatan de Jesus do Nascimento Jardim, an individual, domiciled in Linhares, EspĂrito Santo, Brazil. The taxpayer registration (CPF) and the full address may be requested at the email below or by a competent authority.
